Stalling

Stalling is the action of intentional slow play during tournament gameplay.

Details

It is an act of stalling one's own turn by either pretending to be in thought or by checking the multiple zones repeatedly. It is mostly done to gain victory by having more shields then the opponent in timed duels and is commonly applied when one is out of options and fears defeat.

Various methods may be used to obtain a victory by stalling;
