Spark is a Name Category of spells in the Light Civilization.

Details

It was first introduced with Holy Awe (Holy Spark) in DM-01 Base Set.

Spark cards are all Light cards and are spells with the Shield Trigger ability. Spells in this Spark category feature effects that tap creatures.

Cards such as Tsukumo Spark and Sparkle Flower are not considered to be "Spark" cards. This is because they are not spells.
