Secret Card is a Card Rarity.

Details[]

It represents cards that the players weren't told about existing in the product's packaging or on Takaratomy's official site and are not known aside from another source, such as in Duel Masters Wiki (this Fandom) or the Japanese Duel Masters Wiki which are fan-created.

They feature alternate art, and, due to their low inclusion rate, they have a high price on the secondary market. The inclusion rate differs by set.

While these cards have the same card name effect as the non-secret variety, Episode 2 included a card that only appears as a Secret Card.

This card is similar in illustration to the Mode Change Cards.

In the Ten Kings block, each booster pack had 5 secret cards.

This was discontinued in The Rise of Kings.
