Sabotage Ability is a term given to the ability of "Whenever this creature attacks your opponent and isn't blocked.".

It is a term derived from Magic: The Gathering slang and is a variant of Attack Trigger.

In addition to overcoming the summoning sickness limitation for Attack Trigger abilities, you must also have your creature not be blocked when you attack your opponent directly (and their shields).
While there were creatures such as Cavern Raider or Gachack, Mechanical Doll early in the history of the game, as they weren't used often, not many creatures with the ability were printed.
An attack trigger ability triggers as soon as the attack is declared and before any option for your opponent to block, whereas this ability is only performed after a block doesn't occur.
- If the creature is removed before a creature would block, the timing for this effect doesn't occur.
It will trigger if the attack is changed by Attack Bend.
- While they change the attack target of a creature, it doesn't use the "Block" term, so this effect is unaffected.
While the ability can be hard to use due to the summoning sickness, you can give a creature Speed Attacker (as well as Gives "Unblockable").
- While an evolution creature is unaffected by this, the only evolution creature with a sabotage ability is Balesk Baj, the Timeburner.
This ability can also be interrupted by Ninja Strike abilities such as Hayabusamaru, Lightfang Ninja, Zerokage, Lightfang Lord and Hanzou, Menacing Phantom.
If you attack your opponent unblocked with a creature of a specific race, you would also be able to use a Bio Kick ability from your hand.
Cards such as Nurgle, Forbidden X or Mysterious Castle - Potemkin can destroy attacking creatures that aren't blocked.
The term was originally used in Magic: The Gathering, but various abilities such as Flying are more common place, allow attacks to be unblocked easier.
