- There are many cards that allow you to put cards on the bottom of your deck, either as part of an effect (Secret Clocktower) or as a drawback (Pipippi, Electro-Riser).
- Steel Mask Brikion, Fuuma Vile Apostle and Rahxe Michelange, Spirit Knight can all change reveal 3 cards from the top of the deck when summoned with their Thrilling Three ability, and then re-arrange them to the bottom of the deck. Zack Pichi, Winged Dragon Admiral allows you to do the same effect while drawing any Armored Dragon's and Fire Bird's.
- Chester Romanoff, the Wicked God returns the spell it casts with its Meteorburn to the bottom of your deck.
