A Promotional File:Promotional.gif card is something that is included as a extra card inside something like a DMC pack or theme deck, CoroCoro magazine, or some other event based promotion such as an official tournament or food product (such as Choco Crunch and Choco Snack).

Details

Due to their age or restrictions obtaining them, most promotional cards tend to be extremely difficult to obtain and the player may not have a chance to obtain them again if they did not obtain it in the first place when they were encountered.
