Prince Maurice is a member of P.L.O.O.P. appearing in the Sacred Lands season of the Duel Masters Anime.
Story Line
Shobu first encounter him in Nature Civilization Land he defeated Shobu the first time he duelled Shobu. Then later when Shobu mastered the nature civilization deck, he lost to him. He was responsible of sending an evil army of Bronze-Arm Tribe and Giant Insect army into the Nature Civlization Village. He was also the gate guardian of the Nature Cvilization Village but he betrayed them all and started helping PLOOP by kidnaping Master Panjea, Flora, Rekuta and Fona with the help of Princess Pollyanna of Green Gables so the gate to the real world cannot be blocked.
He later also duelled Mimi with other PLOOP leaders and lost to her in the end.
