They are featured in the Light, Water and Darkness civilizations with the God and Origin races and link together to form a six-part god.
Original God is the combined link of the following creatures:
- Electron, the Original God (Top Left)
- Atom, the Divine Core (Top Middle)
- Proton, the Original God (Top Right)
- Quark, the Original God (Bottom Left)
- Neutron, the Original God (Bottom Middle)
- Lepton, the Original God (Bottom Right)
They are currently the only 6 part God in the game, going by a 2x3 formation.

 Blocker ■ Quattro breaker (This creature breaks 4 shields.) ■ Whenever this creature attacks, destroy all your opponent's creatures that cost 5 or less. Then put all creatures that cost 5 or less from your graveyard into the battle zone. ■ Whenever you would draw a card, you may draw 2 cards instead. If you do, discard a card from your hand. ■ Each of your cards added to your hand from your shields that have "Original God" in their names gets "shield trigger". ■ At the end of your turn, you may return one of your shields to your hand. ■ At the end of your turn, you may draw a card for each card in your shield zone added to your hand that turn. |
Atom has the ability to summon itself for no cost with Gravity Zero if the other five parts are already linked.
Atom's main effect reaches its best when it has all five parts connected with it, as when it attacks while linked, it destroys all your opponent's creatures that have a mana cost 5 or less, and it reanimates all creatures from your graveyard that have a mana cost 5 or less.

- Quark is the only Go creature with Flavor Text.
- As a 6-part God, they are the only God to not be destroyed by the Attack Trigger Power Based Removal ability of Gaial, King of Kaiser or Gaial King Dragon, Raging Dragon Lord.
- Each of these creatures are named after Quantum particles: Electron, Quark, Atom, Neutron, Proton, Lepton.
- Atom, the largest god, in the middle of the link, can also be referred to as the "Nucleus".
