Mutopia is a race of creature in the Water Civilization.

Nomenclature

There are 3 factions in the Mutopia race. This includes;

  • Fishman Type —「魚人型」(Gyojin-gata)
  • Shell Beast —「貝獣」(Kai-jū)
  • Battleship Cities —「戦艦都市」(Senkan-Toshi)

They don't have a specific naming convention but many have real life aquatic fauna in their names

Story

The fishmen are the equivalent to Liquid People and Cyber Lords and resemble anthropomorphic sea fauna, the Shell Beasts are equivalent to Gel Fish and Cyber Viruses and resemble small, cute-looking shellfish and the Battleship Cities are equivalent to Leviathans that resemble large sea creatures armed with weapons.

They are a group of creatures that lived in vast underwater cities that are supported by Massive Whales, and claim to be a pacifist organization. However, they are secretly arming themselves with magic, and not even the sage of the civilization Octopa, Sublime Knowledge knows the reason behind this.
