Mono-Light is a group of deck types that only use cards in the Light Civilization.
Details[]
For a long time in the History of Duel Masters, Light was easier to utilize in a combination with other civilizations.
However, after Episode 3, a Mono-Light rush deck type was formed based on low-cost cards with the Initiate race.
Dragon Saga continually introduced monocolored cards throughout the block, leading to powerful Draguner and Dragheart cards for each civilization. In addition to the rush decks, various other mono-light control decks had appeared. Recently, Mono Light decks are usually Quasi-Mono Light decks mixed with Water, such as Southern Renaissance and Rosia Miradante.

Trivia[]
- The official color representing the Light Civilization is "yellow", which also appears around the frame of the Legend Card cards. In the Japanese community, this group of decks is known as "Mono-White" due to the color of card from Magic: The Gathering.
- While unofficial, this can sometimes be seen on cards in Duel Masters, including the White Knight name category, and cards in the Hyperspatial cycle, Hyperspatial White Blue Hole or Hyperspatial Green White Hole.
