Midrange refers to a creature that costs 4-5 mana.
Details
It usually refers to creatures in the cost range that have strong Come Into Play abilities such as the Wind Axe, the Warrior Savage cycle, or cards such as Jenny, the Dismantling Puppet or Pakurio.
They are often used a turn or 2 early due to Mana Acceleration such as Faerie Life or Jasmine, Mist Faerie and lead into finisher creatures (usually a Fatty).
