Matarou was introduced in the Versus Revolution season of the Duel Masters anime.
He was one of the secret society members of Duel Masters Land.
Appearance[]
A man who wears a brown-white leather coat and a face mask to obscure his mouth and nose. In his coat is all sorts of murdering tools including a chainsaw, a katana, a tomahawk, two pliers, two wrenches, a spatula, a strap of blue TNT and a box containing a black slab. He does not wear anything inside his coat. He calls himself "Ore" and laughs "gikogikoo".
Plot[]
Duel Masters Versus Revolution[]
He first appears after the Haraguro X concert and duel, attacking the 3 idols in their dressing room which later made headline news. He then attacked a gang of thugs who come after Lena but also attacked her too until Benchan escorted her away. Lucifer deals with him and he lost, giving away some of his points by Star Cup rules. He was later apprehended by the Duel Police due to the crimes he committed.

Trivia[]
- His chainsaw wielding is a reference both to his trump card Chainsaw, Revenge and also to horror movie icon Leatherface
from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, suiting the horror theme that Darkness Invaders have.
