Master Card is a rarity in the Duel Masters trading card game.

It first appeared in DMRP-01 Here Come the Jokers!!, replacing Legend Rare.

Characteristics

They are a new rarity introduced in DMRP-01 Here Come the Jokers!! and replace Legend Rares as the top rarity.

Following the change of the rarity symbols in the new post-DMRP Card Frame, the symbol is represented by a white box with MAS in black text.

Cards with this rarity have a golden border on their card frame as well as a "MASTER M" royal family crest-like symbol on the artwork. They also have a golden carving treatment on them as well.

Master Cards have 3 types of secret rare variants; A gold version, an alt art version and a silver alt art version.

There are alternate Master Card Rarities for specific races. These include;

Each of these Master Card rarities include an exclusive Master Ability (with the exception of Savark DG, Jhot Gun Joragon joe and the Gate of Moonless Night ability).
