Maruo Kadoko was introduced in the first season of the Duel Masters anime series.
Plot[]
Maruo Kadoko is Rekuta's father.
He owns and operates a popular local card shop in Shobu's town where children come to purchase cards and play Duel Masters. He shared a close relationship with Shobu's father prior to his disappearance, and encourages Shobu with stories of glorious duels passed.
In Duel Masters Victory, his card shop is now a bakery ran by Daba.
