Creatures with Magic Soul have artworks featuring silk hats and striped patterns, often featuring Western animation-style monsters and motifs like circus and sea snake.

Gameplay[]

The Magic Soul is often paired with the Chain keyword, as well as the Chain Cascade and Rebirth Chain variant.

In DM-37 Dark Emperor, it was paired with Holy Soul, while gaining the Freeze (and Double Freeze) keyword.

In DM-38 Angelic Wars, it was paired with Kung Fu Soul and abilities that triggered when the creatures are put into or leave the battle zone, which can combo from Marshall Touch returning creatures put into the battle zone by Chain.
