Exploiting the effect of Mad Romanoff, the Wicked God early in early game to break all of your opponent's shields to win in an Instant One-Shot Kill combo is the core strategy of this deck. It was preferably abbreviated as "M Romanoff" or "M (Mad)".
After early field expansion by small creatures, casting Ghastly Drain and following up with Miraculous Meltdown or Magic Shot - Better Tomorrow to break all of your opponent's shields are two of the main patterns of this deck.

=About the Deck=
Considering Miraculous Meltdown is in hand then the deck can win the game in at most 4 turns. Since Mad Romanoff's average power is 3000, the deck is itself somewhat susceptible to Shinobis. If the deck's beatdown does not succeed then it is quite easily beat-back, often comfortably. Also, if the One-Shot does not work then the mana loss thanks to 'M' is disadvantageous to the player and hence adjustments are also important.
After DM-37 was released, with the coming of Fuuma Goronshack "Blue M Romanoff" decks running Water as a draw source also appeared.
WIth the Premium Hall of Fame Amendment of March 15, 2012 this decktype was officially put out.
