Cards that satisfy one of the following conditions tend to be known as limited cards.

Cards that are only available as promotional cards (Überdragon Zaschack)
Cards that are only available as certain Theme Decks (Braveheart Dragoon, Azelzard, Lord of Devils)
Cards that only available in special side product booster packs (Olgate, Nightmare Samurai, Bolsred Fire Dragon.

Most of these cards don't have a rarity.

Limited Cards that have been reprinted aren't referred to as a limited card.
Promotional cards are sometimes known as limited cards.
