The Jokers civilization was introduced in DMSD-01 Joe's Jokers and DMRP-01 Here Come the Jokers!!.
It is the second colorless civilization released in the game, after Zero Civilization.
Each card in the Jokers Civilization has the Jokers race.
- However, there are also cards with the Jokers race in the Fire Civilization and Nature Civilization, in which they will lose any cards that support colorless cards.

You are not required to tap colorless cards in the mana zone to summon a Jokers creature or cast a Jokers spell, and Jokers cards do not fulfill civilization requirements for any non-Jokers card.

- My opponent has an Alphadios, Lord of Spirits in their battle zone. Can I summon a Jokers creature?
- No. It has to be a Light creature.
- When my opponent summons Ballom, Master of Death, are my Jokers creatures destroyed?
- Yes. Jokers creatures are not Darkness creatures.
- My opponent summons Aqua Wavester. Is my Jokers creature returned to my hand?
- Yes. A Jokers creature is not a multicolored card.
- Does Faerie Miracle need a Jokers card in my mana zone?
- No. Jokers cards do not change how effects such as Faerie Miracle's work, as Jokers is considered to be colorless and not one of the 5 monocolored civilizations.
- Can I retrieve a Jokers civilization card in my mana zone using Pixie Life when it gets other civilizations due to an effect, such as via Courtney, Summer Breeze Faerie?
- No, because Jokers is treated as "No civilizations" and a civilization is added into the card in this case, so the "Jokers" in the card is lost.
- Can I remove a seal from a Jokers civilization creature by putting a Jokers civilization command into the battle zone?
- No, you can't, because Jokers is not treated as a real civilization. You can only remove seals from Jokers civilization creatures by a card ability.
