- Leo Hyakujuu is featured in the card's promotional version artwork on top of a lion.
- Episode 2 introduced a series of cards similarly named after Leo Hyakujuu. Many of these creatures are either Light or Zero civilization with the Angel Command or Unknown race. They each resemble Lions in their artwork, a reference to Hyakujuu being the "King of All Animals".
- The character that is on this creature's Heroes Card version is Yaeko, who is a member of the DASH deck development team specializing the Light Civilization. Yaeko is also featured on Perfect Galaxy, Immortality Elemental in DMX-12 Black Box Pack.
