It is exclusive to creatures that have the Hyper Beast race.
During your main step, you may tap one of your other creatures. If you do, the creature that used its Hyperify keyword goes into "Hyper Mode" and gets additional power and usually an Attack Trigger ability and another Breaker keyword.
It has a variant, OVER Hyperify.
