He wears a diving mask and has a buoy around him at all times. Despite this, he has never went to the sea.
Plot[]
He invented the wagamama mode machine and duel with Gennai Saiba who helped Katta search the machine. He was defeated by Gennai's mass Cyber Lord spamming.

He uses a monocolored-Water Civilization deck based on the Leviathan race.
