Fritz

Fritz, also known as Fritz, the Bitter Goblin, was introduced in Episode 9 of Season 1 of the Duel Masters anime series.

He is a goblin who works at the Junior Duelist Center at the Temple. He controls who has access in entering the Temple.

He asks each contestant three quiz questions and only if the contestants answer them all correctly can they enter and join the fight to duel Hakuoh. He has quizzed many duelists, including Shobu. He also works as Hakuoh's assistant.

He quizzed Shobu before Shobu entered the Temple about the Magic: The Gathering game. He then showed Shobu into the Temple.
