Fortify 要塞化 (Yōsai-ka)

Fortify is a keyword action.

Details

It is the act of of attaching one of your Castles to your shields.

While a shield is fortified, when the specified shield is broken or destroyed you may put the Castle into your graveyard instead of the shield.

- 701.19a To fortify a castle is to specify it in the zone it's in (usually the hand), pay its mana cost and attach it to a shield. Usually, fortifying is possible only during a player's main step.
