It was first introduced in DMR-21 Team Hamukatsu and Dogiragon Buster.
The game action of putting a Field into the battle zone is known as Expand.
Like a Fortress, a Field is always put into the battle zone with the card placed horizontally, with the card design created to match this.
There are 8 types of Field cards.
