Ferne was introduced in the Sacred Lands season of Duel Masters anime.
Plot[]
He is one of Jamira's followers. He is a local thug and he bullies Charlotte. One day when he and his friend Ernie were bulling her Shobu showed to save her. He then dueled Shobu and lost. Then he and his friend Ernie went back to Jamira that they got defeated by Shobu and that they need his help.
Later when Jamira showed up and he saw Shobu. He lied to Ferne and Ernie and ran away but when his deck got swapped with Kokujo's he came back and dueled Shobu but he still lost.
Later Jamira left the town and also left Ferne and Ernie.
