Defeat is the fifth episode in the Duel Masters Flash season of the Duel Masters anime
Plot[]
In an effort to improve, Teru and Cocoro duel Chief Kukumi and Rei. Just before Teru can use the Supernova Mars Disaster card that Rei gave him, she suddenly wins the game. Teru is unable to rise back on his feet. Cocoro's efforts to cheer him up goes to waste. Just then, a strange newcomer, Hayate, appears before Teru. He tells Teru to quit Duel Masters and with that, the two begin their duel... which becomes a close-game between Teru and Hayate's superb offense. Will he bet it all and ride his hopes on his friends and his trusted Mars Disaster... ?!
