Dramatic Cards are an Alternate Artwork printing of cards.

They have large, "Dramatic" texts printed on the card and are treated with a metallic foil.

They were introduced in DMR-13 Dragsolution Gaiginga and Year 13 of promotional cards.

Dramatic cards that are Rare or above have a grey coloration tone on them and tend to have a "Dramatic" effect similar to the effects used in manga series' in order to add to their tension.

Note that despite the Secret versions of some Victory Rares have massive text written on them just like Dramatic Cards (example), they are not considered one due to the lack of a Dramatic Card label. For the same reason, cards with similar treatment (example) from DMX-19 Super Rare 100% Pack are not considered one as well.

They are possibly created to prevent people from searching Rares from booster packs due to their flashy appearance and comparatively low value.

They no longer exist in Revolution due to the increased packaging rate of cards that are Very Rare or above.
