It is a variation of the Triple Breaker ability.
The creature with the ability still breaks 3 shields, but before the shields are broken, you can add the top 3 cards of your deck onto your shields face down or on one of your shields face up.
It is exclusive to Savark Calibur, Ghiramessiah.
The timing of this effect occurs before the shields would be broken.
