Dragheart Fortresses are a card type of fortress that was introduced in DMR-14 Wild Dragon Gaiglen.

Details

A Dragheart Fortress is a type of card that is places into the Hyperspatial zone next to the Graveyard at the start of the game like a Psychic Creature. You can have only have 8 cards in the Hyperspatial Zone and they are counted separately from the 40 cards of your deck. At any time you are capable of looking at your opponent's Hyperspatial Zone.

Unlike a regular Fortress, a Dragheart Fortress is put into your Battle Zone Tapped. They cannot attack as they have no power, but they are capable of activating various effects when they are in the battle zone. If the Dragheart Fortress leaves the battle zone, it returns into the Hyperspatial Zone. When the Dragon Solution requirement of the Fortress is fulfilled, you may flip the Fortress to the Creature side, putting a stronger creature into the battle zone.

There are currently no ways to remove a Dragheart fortress specifically aside of using cards that remove specific cards from the battle zone such as Dias Zeta, the Temporal Suppressor. Therefore, Dragheart Creatures with Dragon Evade that return into Dragheart Fortresses are virtually impossible to remove completely without an effect that removes various cards from the battle zone.
