Dragheart Fortresses are a card type that was introduced in DMR-14 Wild Dragon Gaiglen.

Details

A Dragheart Fortress is put into the Hyperspatial Zone which is next to your graveyard at the start of the game. You can only have 8 cards in your hyperspatial zone and they are counted separately from your main deck of 40 cards. At anytime during a duel you are allowed to look at your opponent's hyperspatial zone.

A Dragheart Fortress is put into the battle zone. They are unable to attack as they have no power, but they are capable of activating various effects while they are in the battle zone. If the Dragheart Fortress leaves the battle zone, it returns into the Hyperspatial Zone. When the Dragon Solution requirement of the Dragheart Fortress is fulfilled, you may flip it to it's creature side, transforming it into a stronger creature.

There are currently no ways to remove a Dragheart fortress specifically aside of using cards that remove specific cards from the battle zone such as Dias Zeta, the Temporal Suppressor. Therefore, Dragheart Creatures with Dragon Evade that return into Dragheart Fortresses are virtually impossible to remove completely without an effect that removes various cards from the battle zone.
