Dragheart is a Supertype.
Details
They are a form of Double Sided Card introduced during the Dragon Saga block.
Each of these cards are 2 or 3 sided cards with the Dragsolution ability, and are all put in the Hyperspatial Zone at the start of your game. They are quite similar to psychic creatures in this regard of being 2-sided cards, but aren't affected by anything that affects psychic creatures.
Many Draguner race creatures are able to put either any type of Dragheart card into play (of a certain cost or less), or a specific higher costing Dragheart from the Draguners respective civilization via their Come Into Play ability. Ohginga, Strongest Passion, which is a Dragheart Creature itself is capable of putting a Dragheart Creature that costs 10 or less in the battle zone and is the only non-draguner creature capable of putting a Dragheart into the battle zone.
When a Dragheart leaves the battle zone, they are returned to the Hyperspatial Zone.
Draghearts feature no borders in their card artwork.

Story
The Draghearts were created when an evil creature named The=Deadman, Dragon Edge sealed winners of the survival competition "Duel Masters" in weapons. These weapons were found by the civilizations and the civilizations (Presumably Unknowingly) used them to win "Duel Masters". They are each found and used by a Draguner which is a creature that is capable of mastering a Dragheart without being evaporated. The Draguners eventually realized The=Deadman's objective and defeated him with their Draghearts and released them from their sealing.
