Dr. Manson was introduced in the Duel Masters Charge season of the Duel Masters anime.
He is a member of the Fua Duelists. He is marked as (M) and ranked 14th in the organization.
Plot[]
Duel Masters Charge[]
He is the creator of the Phantom Machine. He was asked by Peeskwhy Perfect to use the machine on El Rio, Delicious, Chappi and Bura to stop Shobu and his friends from invading the Fua Castle. He used the machine to project them all as Phantom Duelist who then dueled against Dr. Root and Knight.
Due to this machine these duelist will keep on reappearing after losing and according to Dr. Manson's theory each time these duelist reappear they will be better as the next time the duel they know what strategy their opponents are gonna use. Dr. Root who was dueling them knew immediately about this technology and Dr. Manson upon hearing this was very impressed as well. But Dr. Root told Dr. Manson through those projections that they can only get better to a certain limit and as a result they might never be able to beat their opponent. This is only a good strategy for holding an opponent by using that machine but it is not suitable for defeating an opponent at all.
Dr. Root also told him if they would to beat us then have to at least change or make their deck stronger otherwise they will exhaust if they keep on going and as a result they might lost their lives in doing so because the machine uses there brain power directly and if they have no more brain power left they will die. But Dr. Manson did not care and made them continue as it is. Later Extreme Bucketman, Yu and Shizuka had found the source which was an insect camera through which all the communication was taking place. But then Knight and Dr. Root defeated them all and destroyed the camera as a result they were all released from the machine as there was no more means of communication.
He then reappeared in the episode 44 episode of Duel Masters Charge, I Have A 0% Chance Of Victory?!.
