Double Sided Card are cards that have characteristics on both sides.

The following are examples of Double Sided cards:
- Cards that start the game in the Hyperspatial Zone (Cards with a Dragheart or Psychic supertype.)
- This includes Dragheart Creatures, Dragheart Fortresses and Dragheart Weapons as well as Psychic Creatures.
- Forbidden ~Moment of Awakening~ / Forbidden Dokindam
- Forbidden ~The Sealed X~ / Dokindam X, The Legendary Forbidden
- FORBIDDEN STAR ~World's Last Day~ / Dormageddon X, Forbidden Armageddon
- Zerom, Origin of Destruction (including its Ceremony of Zeron)
Before Zerom in DMRP-12 SuperSuperSuper Top! The Awakening Joghiragon vs. Zeeron Bang-Tan!, each side of a double sided card had a Mana Cost.
Rules[]
- All sides of the cards can trigger when they aren't in the battle zone.
- If a Forbidden ~The Sealed X~ / Dokindam X, The Legendary Forbidden is out of the battle zone, even if it left while its on the Forbidden ~The Sealed X~ side, the 'If this card is anywhere other than the battle zone, you lose the game.' ability still triggers.
- When they would leave the battle zone, you can put them on either side.
- When you use a a double sided card, you can only put the side of the card in the battle zone with the matching mana cost.
- If you pay the mana cost of Forbidden ~Moment of Awakening~, you can't put the Forbidden Dokindam side instead.
- When you use a cards ability to put a double sided card, you can only put the side of the card in the battle zone with the matching Characteristics.
- If you use Hyperspatial Bolshack Hole, you can only put Bolshack Dragon, the Temporal Blaze not Bolshack Möbius, Victory Awakened into the battle zone.
- While it's in the battle zone, basically only the upper side is referenced.
- Card Based Removal can only refer to the top side of a card.
- Double-sided cards in the battle zone can flip depending on some abilities.
- Double-sided cards is treated as both "Face Up" and "Face Down".
- Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Dark Eye Dragon can choose them.
- If your opponent has Siegstorz, Holy Plate Dragon in the battle zone and your Dokindam X, The Legendary Forbidden or Dormageddon X, Forbidden Armageddon is put into the shield zone, the Alternate Loss Condition ability is ignored.
