Director Masuo is a character in the Duel Masters King! season of the Duel Masters anime series.

He is a member of the Five Gattles, led by Jendle.

However, he also works as a salaryman and only works with the Gattles as a side job.

He has three subordinates (Amino, Sasami and Soy) that work for him, known as the "Proteins".

These members wear yellow, purple and green cloths to represent the "Connected" Dispectors.

He has a polite personality, presenting his business card to Joe Kirifuda when they meet for the first time.

He attempted to steal the mysterious scroll from Joe along with Amino, Sasami and Soy.

He uses a Light, Darkness and Nature civilization deck based on the "Connected" Dispectors.
