It was printed in the March 2017 issue of CoroCoro Comic, as a preview pack to DMRP-01 Here Come the Jokers!!.
The contents of this pack are the same as DMRP-01 Here Come the Jokers!! and each pack contains 5 cards, with one card guaranteed a Super Rare. Very Rare and Rare cards won't be appearing in the pack due to its guaranteed Super Rare rate.
