- This set contains 100 cards, with each pack containing 8 cards.
- As a box purchasing bonus, a pack of 10 card sleeves (4 types in total) using Nijisanji
illustrations is included. - This set is the first "Collaboration Pack". While there have been "Collaboration Card" before, such as in DMEX-08, this time, the card names themselves are neutral and in line with standard Duel Masters cards.
- Unlike the collaboration in WIXOSS, where individual VTubers were directly turned into cards, this collaboration features new creatures appearing alongside VTubers, with the Duel Masters side taking priority in card naming.
- This approach likely aims to avoid the common issue with collaboration cards where due to circumstances on the collaboration partner's side, cards are difficult to reprint. During the announcement broadcast, the collaborating VTuber serving as the host even mentioned that the card names were "easy to reprint".
