This set introduces multicolored creatures, which are creatures consisting of more than 1 civilization.

All multicolored creatures in this set are Allied Civilization.

This is also the third set to have 120 cards (after DM-01 Base Set (OCG) and DM-06 Invincible Soul), including reprints of cards from previous sets with new illustrations.

There are many cards that affect the mana zone (such as Hurricane Crawler and Soulswap) and shield zone (such as Benzo, the Hidden Fury and Gajirabute, Vile Centurion in new ways.

Bombazar, Dragon of Destiny is seen on this booster pack illustration.

It was released alongside DMS-03 Eternal Arms Starter Deck.

This set has an English equivalent, DM-10 Shockwaves of the Shattered Rainbow.
