Cross is a keyword action.
Details[]
It is the act of attaching a Cross Gear to one of your creatures in the battle zone.
By the general game rules, the card is to be stacked underneath the creature, so that the Cross Gear is still partially visible.
Each Cross Gear has the Cross Gear ability that requires you to pay the cost of the Cross Gear in order to cross it to one of your creatures. This can be performed during your Main Step.
While a Cross Gear isn't crossed to a creature, they often feature no abilities and just stay in the battle zone after being generated from your hand.
- However, others such as Noble Enforcer may have a Static Ability.
Multiple cards can also cross a Cross Gear onto a creature (or themselves) for no cost. These include;
- Bolberg Cross Dragon
- Bolberg Shingen, Dragon General
- Ryoma Giant
- Full Throttle Sergeant
- Holy Gear - Nebula Wing
Onsen Sabaki, Fire Water Sword is able to cross to a creature for no cost.
Demonic Queen Meigas has an ability which allows you to uncross all Cross Gear in the battle zone that triggers when you put it into the battle zone.
Do not confuse this with the term "Equip" as "equip" is only used in Dragheart Weapons, a similar card type.
Rules[]
When crossing a Cross Gear to a creature, you must tap at least one card of that Cross Gear's civilization in your mana zone.
- If that card is multicolored, you must tap a card of each of of that Cross Gear's civilizations.
