Bakudan Yarou was introduced in the Duel Masters Versus season of the Duel Masters anime.
Apearance[]
A weird man wearing a blue jumpsuit with a rod on top of his head and wields a hammer, parodying Bomberman . He works as a fireworks craftsmen, hence his appearance in a fireworks festival.
Plot[]
He made his first appearance in episode 20 during the fireworks festival. He attempts to ruin the fireworks festival by placing a bomb in a cannon and firing it. Katta Kirifuda attempts to stop him and the bomb by dueling him.
During the duel, he uses Infernal Death Sunrise to reduce Katta's and his own creatures power to remove them from the field. He even uses his own Toratouluf, Thundering Demon Dragon to force Katta to discard his whole hand. However,he was defeated by Katta's combination of Gaimusou, Angry Hero and Gaial Mobius, Victory Emperor, stopping the bomb in time. He then compensate the troubles he caused to Katta and Lulu Takigawa by firing a big fireworks for them to have a memorable time in the fireworks festival.

He uses a Darkness Civilization deck consisting of Demon Command Dragons and Funky Knightmares.
