Akashic Thales is a character in the background story.

He the elder brother of the Akashic Brothers.
When he was forcibly connected to his simulation device, the Akashic Record, he learned of the "Day of Judgment" that would bring about the end of the Super Creature world, and together with his younger brother, Akashic Zenon, he initiated the Akashic Plan to prevent it. Afterwards, in order to prevent others from becoming aware of its existence, he concealed the Akashic Record.
